How long will my order take?
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days. See the Shipping page for full delivery timings.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been packed yet, yes — email sundeyhome@hotmail.com as soon as possible and I'll do my best to catch it.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Please use our returns page within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, your name and your order number.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes, in small batches. The best way to know is to follow along on Instagram, where I share when a new batch is on its way.
