Change of mind

You're welcome to return any unused item, in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 48 hours of delivery using the form below (a photo helps).

All returns must be

• Unused and in resellable condition
• Returned in their original packaging

Refunds

Once a return is received, refunds are processed within 5 working days back to your original payment method via Stripe.

Sale items

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
