Candles must be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided with the product and must never be left burning unattended.
If you believe that a product is unsafe or may present a safety risk, please stop using it and contact us at sundeyhome@hotmail.com as soon as possible.
We take product safety seriously and work with our suppliers to ensure that products supplied by Sundey Home meet applicable UK safety requirements.

The price payable for a product will be the price displayed on our website at the time you place your order.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately before you complete your purchase.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we may cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.
5. Placing an order
You can place an order by selecting the products you wish to purchase and completing the checkout process.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review your order and correct any errors.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We will send you an order confirmation by email. Your contract with us will be formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or description error;
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Standard delivery
Our standard delivery service is expected to arrive within 2 working days after dispatch.
Priority delivery
Our priority delivery service is intended to arrive on the next working day for orders placed before 1pm, subject to availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather or other unforeseen disruption.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed if there is a significant delay to your order.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
8. Delivery problems and damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sundeyhome@hotmail.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged product where possible.
If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or does not match its description, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
We remain responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, subject to applicable law.
9. Your legal rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Products supplied by Sundey Home must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose, as required by applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
10. Your right to cancel an online order
When you purchase goods from us online, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
If your order is delivered in separate packages, the cancellation period generally begins after you receive the last item.
To cancel, you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel. You can do this by emailing: sundeyhome@hotmail.com
You may also use the cancellation form included at the end of these Terms & Conditions.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and normally within 14 days of notifying us.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
You may handle the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be able to do in a shop.
If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has been reduced as a result, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from your refund where permitted by law.
11. Refunds
Where you validly cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery service.
If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery service.
We will normally issue your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever happens first.
Refunds will be made within the period required by applicable law.
12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at: sundeyhome@hotmail.com
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.
We will deal with the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Where appropriate, this may include offering a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you will not be responsible for the reasonable cost of returning the product.
13. Products that cannot be cancelled
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where a legal exception applies.
If Sundey Home offers personalised or custom-made products in the future, any applicable cancellation restrictions will be clearly explained on the relevant product page before you purchase.
This does not affect your legal rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

17. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
We will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
18. Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
This may include significant disruption to delivery networks, severe weather, natural disasters, fire, serious technical failures or other events outside our reasonable control.
